My name is Ryan Willie and I am excited to introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal serving both Abby Reinke Elementary and Red Hawk Elementary. It is an honor to join your wonderful school communities that I have heard so much about since joining TVUSD last school year. I come to RHES/ARES with nearly 12 years of experience in education serving communities in Arizona, Pasadena, and South Central LA. I have served as a classroomteacher across five different grade levels, as an Intervention Specialist, Dean of Instruction, and most recently, Intervention Administrator at Vail Elementary. My goal is to support each school with care, energy, and a focus on student success. I believe strong collaboration between staff, families, and community partners is essential to creating a learning environment where every student can thrive. Thank you for the warm welcome. I am eager to get started and to serve our school community with dedication and enthusiasm.
