Parent-Teacher Conferences


Parent-Teacher conferences will held the week of October 16-October 20. That week, every day is a MODIFIED DAY. School will be released at 1:00. TK and Kindergarten early bird/late birds will follow the modified Wednesday schedule each day, with early and late birds beginning at 8:55. Please look for a letter coming home with the proposed date and time of your child's conference. 

ASB FUNDRAISER


 

ASB’s Mixed Bag Designs Fundraiser has begun and the personalized landing page is now available. Please visit URL www.mixedbagdesigns.com/abby-reinke-elementary when promoting the fundraiser to friends, family, and colleagues. Happy fundraising!

This deadline for this year's Turkey Trot t-shirt contest is fast approaching! Make sure all designs are submitted by October 6, 2017. 
 

The 9th annual ARES Turkey Trot will be held on Saturday, November 4. Gates open at 7:00 am, with the race beginning at 8:00 am. Registration is NOW OPEN! Register online at arespta.org. Be sure to add some raffle basket tickets to your order. Our goal this year is to fully fund field trips and assemblies, so be sure to get involved!

 

We are also looking for Turkey Trot sponsors. Do you know a local business that would like to hang their banner at our school or have a booth at our Vendor Market? Email turkeytrot@arespta.org or go to http://www.arespta.org/turkey-trot-sponsors.html. Please make your donations by October 6th.

Please be challenged to talk to your children about this and encourage them to make an impact within their relationships, classrooms, our school and the Temecula community. We also challenge you as a parent to think about ways that you can use your talents, gifts and skills to make an impact on our school community!

What is PBIS?  

Our school is a Positive Behavior Intervention School.  Your children will be learning specific strategies and steps for success in school and in life.  Lessons will be taught on such topics as following instructions, staying on task, accepting “no” for an answer, disagreeing appropriately, and many others.  We encourage you to talk to your child and your child’s teacher about our PBIS program.
